Use Analytics when a merchant wants to review orders and revenue influenced by AIOD discounts.

Entry point

In Shopify admin, open Apps > AIOD Discount & Gift > Analytics. The page title is Analytics.

Top-level filters

Use the controls at the top of the page to choose which analytics data appears. The Specific discount dropdown includes All discounts and the store’s current AIOD discount names.

Date range picker

Click the date range button, such as Last 30 days, to open the date range picker. Preset options observed:
  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 14 days
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 60 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Last month
  • Last 12 months
  • Month to date
  • Quarter to date
  • Year to date
  • All time
The custom date controls are:
  • Since
  • Until
  • Previous month button, shown as Show previous month, .
  • Next month button, shown as Show next month, .
  • Two visible calendar months.
  • Cancel
  • Apply
AIOD marks the selected start date as Start of range and the selected end date as End of range. If the end date is today, the calendar can label it Today.

Summary metrics

Analytics shows four metric cards after the filters. Each metric card shows the value for the current Specific discount and date range filters.

Revenue over time

The Revenue over time section shows a chart of daily net revenue from orders that match the active filters. The section includes:
  • A summary sentence with the total for the selected range.
  • A chart labeled for influenced revenue by day.
  • Date markers on the x-axis.
  • Revenue markers on the y-axis.
  • A Peak day value below the chart.

Orders

The Orders section lists orders matching the active analytics filters. Each order row shows:
  • Order number.
  • Order date.
  • Item count.
  • Total.
  • Discount.
  • Discounts used on the order.
Click an order row to expand Products for that order. The expanded product table has these columns:

Sort orders

Use Sort orders to change the order list sorting. Observed sort options:
  • Newest first
  • Oldest first
  • Highest order value
  • Lowest order value
  • Highest discount value
  • Lowest discount value
  • Most items
  • Fewest items
The default observed sort is Newest first.

Export and pagination

Click Export to CSV to download the current analytics order data as a CSV. Pagination appears below the order list. It includes:
  • Previous page
  • Numbered page buttons.
  • Next page
  • A range summary such as Showing 1-10 of 48 orders.
The bottom of the page shows Grand total for the current filter set. The observed summary fields are:
  • Order count.
  • Total.
  • Discount.
  • Avg order value.
